It puts emphasis on changing the collective values, attitudes and behaviours of the workforce of the company. Cultural transformation is often of the most challenging transformation process for long-established companies, as it involves changing the mindset of both individuals and teams.
  • Business model transformation: This type of transformation involves the core strategy of a company that is aimed at generating profits. The business strategy may require adjustments in regard to operations, revenue streams, product lines, and target customer demographics.
  • Domain transformation: This transformation is applicable for organizations venturing into new industries or exiting current markets to enhance profitability. Such companies are often motivated by opportunities in related markets or advancements in technology.
  • Digital transformation: Modern companies must rethink their business model with a digital strategic mindset. The company leadership formulates a strategy for digital business transformation, determining how modern technology can enhance both the product and every facet of the customer experience.
  • Information systems transformation: Incorporating new technologies results in an influx of fresh data that has to be analysed and shared among different departments. Transformation of its IT systems lies at the core of most major business transformation processes. This includes a variety of information management resources, including technologies, processes, and staff.
